emmigrants of Japan are moving towards the South East of Asia. This is because the cultures are similiar, It is close,and some of population there probably speaks their naive language or Japanese.
However, the biggest migration from Japan was to USA with 346000 emmigrants. The second was to Brunie Darusslam
The immagrants moving into Japan mostly come form South East Asia with China ( 655000 immigrants), South Korea(699000), and the Phillipines (226000). Yet again, this is probably beacuse all these countries hail from a oriental cuture, and are very close together.
Starting in the 1870's, Japan started to increase dramatically in both life expentacy and income per person. It was going well until it took a huge dive in 1918, or when World War One started/ended. This was obviously going to happen as war weakens economy, and obviusly kills people, decreasing life expenctancy.Japan rose from ruins though, and rise started to rise again, until 1943 and 1945, or when World War Two happened. This is where Japan suffered heavy losses with both army losses and the atomic bombing of two citites, Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The country lay in tatters. This caused Japan into manufacturing to regain their economic status, and to sign a constitution with many countries stripping the emperor of his power. After that, Japan went on to be one of the most high payed and wealthiest countires in the world.

Japan has a crude birth rate of 8.4 or 8. It also has a literacy rate of 98% or 99%. This means almost all of japan is very educated and smart. That means most of the women there are very well eductaed and can support themselves. This independance of women means they can support themselves, and be too busy working to be engaged in family life.
